The COVID-19 pandemic continues to impact communities and the potential jurors within them. This 75 minute CLE program will look at the global and national events that contribute to the character of each generation, the ways in which juror responses have evolved through times of uncertainty, and how those lessons from the past might inform our understanding of jurors' decision-making post-COVID-19.
